This seems to be a problem with nonstick pans in general. This nonstick version is $6 more expensive than the tinned steel version but this one is dishwasher safe and nonstick. It is a very thin and lightweight pan. These molds are the size of a large man's thumbnail. The back is brown colored. The French have such good taste. |
