The Paderno World Cuisine X 44 madeleine professional non- stick silicone mold is made of pure food grade non-stick silicone. The sizes and quality of the mold is designed for commercial use. The mold is temperature resistant from -75 degrees F. to 580 degrees F. Each sheet measures L23⅝” x W 15¾”. The mold has holes in between the imprints for better air circulation throughout the sheet to ensure even baking. The mold is reusable up to 5,000 times.
