It was so easy to use and came out great every time....even when not adhering to the strict recipe. I would love a nonstick one simply because it looks more elegant(costs $10 more), but as long as you spray the grooves with PAM, the madeleines pop right out! Although time consuming, melting butter and spreading it throughout the molds adds to the flavor 200%! This review is from: Fox Run Madeleine Pan (Kitchen) My family loves madeleines but never made them because I needed the right pan. I followed Julia Child's recipe and made sure all the molds were well buttered. I tried the flour-butter paint and plain butter paint and they both gave excellent results. I would recommend these pans to anyone!Great pans+easy recipe=wonderful madeleines!!
