To use this tray when baking, I have to put it on a metal tray, it results in longer time to cook. It also takes longer time to wash than metal tray after baking because oil and flour particles adhere firmer to silicon than metal.

I prefer the silcone pans over the traditional pans. The items do not burn. However, be certain to completely cool the items before removing them from the pan to prevent breakage.
