This pan is beautifully finished and produces the perfect sized madeleines. It has a sixteen-cookie capacity, rather than twelve, which makes baking a batch much faster.

This is a great pan to have. Since I do not like to use non-stick pans and want to make as many cookies in one pan as possible, this is a great pan. I do not make just madeleines in this, I use it for gingerbread and other cookies as well. ( cookies with baking powder or baking soda in them come out great in these molds). Great pan !!
